Many/most of us are on computers, these days-sometimes much more than we’ve ever considered. They are no longer a ‘luxury’ but a requirement. But my heart goes out to those parents and teachers who never thought of being in this situation.
What really bugs me is how many sales ‘people’ and ‘vendors’ are sending emails/texts promoting how good their ‘magic’ programs are. What they tell me is how those programs are going to improve my sales and capture leads to potential buyers and sellers. But it does cost $$$$.
I prefer the good old days….when somebody asks you if you know a good Realtor, who works in a location that they want to buy or sell in.
Frankly, I don’t trust the ‘artificial intelligence’ programs. But I do use a couple of programs that offer assistance to use AI to my clients, that really work….and two of those programs are Glide and Disclosures.io. These do a good job of helping clients understand what they are writing…and how it could affect a piece of real estate that they are selling (filling out the disclosure forms).
Because I’m older, many of my clients are older as well, or I’m working with their adult children!
Real estate has changed dramatically during the 30+ years since I’ve been involved with it.
